      Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the

controversy involved in the present writ petition is no more res-

integra and it is covered by the decision rendered by a coordinate

Bench of this Hon'ble Court in Samandra Singh & Ors. Vs.

State & Ors.; S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1284/2021 and on

22.01.2021. The relevant portion of the judgment reads as under:

            "A limited prayer has been made by the counsel
      for the petitioners that civil suit is pending before
      the    Deputy       Commissioner           Colonization,            I.G.N.P.,
      Nachana,       Distt.    Jaisalmer.        It    is    prayed       that    the
      Deputy Commissioner Colonization may be directed to
      expedite the said suit pending before him.
            Having       regard       to     the      peculiar          facts     and
      circumstances of the case, the Deputy Commissioner,
      Colonization,       I.G.N.P.,        Nachana,       District        Jaisalmer
      before     whom,        the    suit      as     well        as     injunction
      application       of     the     petitioners          are        pending,   is

                                         directed to expedite the proceedings of the suit and
                                         injunction application and shall try to conclude the
                                         same within a period of one year from the date of
                                         submission of certified copy of this order. Till the
                                         petitioners'     suit     and     injunction         application   are
                                         decided, they shall not be dispossessed from the land
                                         in question.
                                                  The writ petition as well as stay petition is
                                         hereby disposed of."


                                         In light of the aforequoted order, the preset petition also

                                   stands disposed of in the same terms. All pending applications

                                   also stand disposed of.
