Learned counsel for the parties submit that issue raised in

the present writ petition is covered by order in Lala Ram v. State

of Rajasthan & Ors.: SBCWP No.19677/2022, decided on

05.01.2023, wherein, Court has given certain directions and fixed

timeline for issuance of the experience certificates to candidates

like petitioner and, therefore, the present writ petition may also be

decided in terms of the said judgment.

In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is

disposed of in light of order in the case of Lala Ram (supra) with

[2023/RJJD/004397] (2 of 2) [CW-2225/2023]

variation in the dates, whereby, the application, if made before

10th February, 2023, the experience certificates would be issued to

the petitioners latest by 14.02.2023.
