1. For the reasons stated, the application seeking correction in

the details of petitioners No.5 and 18 inscribed in the cause-title of

the writ petition as well as the order dated 16.01.2023 passed in

SB Civil Writ Petition No.784/2023, is allowed.

2. Amended cause-title already filed alongwith the application is

taken on record with the corresponding direction to the Registrar

(Judicial) to see that necessary changes are duly made in the

template of the file in tune with the amended cause-title.

3. Accordingly, the details of petitioners No.5 and 18 mentioned

in the cause-title of the writ petition as well as the order dated

16.01.2023 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No.784/2023, stands

replaced/substituted in tune with the amended cause-title.
