Heard.

This civil misc. application is filed by the applicant with a

prayer for extending the time for vacating the rented premises.

It is noticed that the Rent Tribunal as well as the Appellate

Rent Tribunal has ruled in favour of non-applicants and directed

the applicant to vacate the rented premises.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging the orders

passed by the Rent Tribunal as well as the Appellate Rent Tribunal

came to be disposed of by this Court vide order dated 2.5.2022 in

view of the undertaking given by learned counsel for the applicant

that the applicant will vacate the rented premises upto

31.12.2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the

time for vacating the rented premises may be extended by

30.4.2024 on the ground that the students of the school, run by

the applicant in the rented premises, are going to appear in the

secondary examination.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants has vehemently

opposed the present misc. application.

Having gone through the averments of the misc. application

and taking into consideration the fact that the applicant was

having enough time to make suitable/alternate arrangements upto

31.12.2023, I am not inclined to allow this misc. application.

Hence, this misc. application is dismissed.
