Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the
controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a
judgment rendered in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1007/2018
(Kaladwas Chamber of Commerce Industries & Ors. Vs.
State of Rajasthan & Ors.), decided on 19.02.2019. Therefore,
no relief can be granted to the petitioners in these writ petitions.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to
refute the submission made by the counsel for the respondents.
In view of the statements made before this Court and the
order passed by the Division Bench in the case of Kaladwas
Chamber of Commerce Industries (supra), the present writ
petitions are dismissed.
