Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the
controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely
covered by a judgment dated 07.11.2023 of this Court rendered in
batch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.12032/2023 (Munish Kumar & Anr. vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors.).
Learned counsel therefore prays that the present writ
petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to
implement the Circular dated 10.11.2014 for transferring the
petitioners from TSP area to Non-TSP Area.
In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of in
terms of the order dated 07.11.2023 passed in the case of
Munish Kumar (supra) directing the respondents to
expeditiously implement the Circular dated 10.11.2014 qua the
present petitioners and complete the exercise indicated in the
aforesaid circular, within a period of six months from receiving the
certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
Stay application stands disposed of.
