1. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset makes a

limited submission that the respondents may be directed to

consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, while

keeping into consideration the judgment passed by Division Bench

of this Court in the matter of DB Civil Writ Petition

No.2963/2007 (Gopal Kumawat Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors.), decided on 29th July, 2015.

2. In light of such limited submission, the present writ petitions

are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the

representation of the petitioners, while keeping into consideration

the judgment of Gopal Kumawat (Supra), by passing a speaking

order, strictly in accordance with law.

3. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
