1. Learned counsel for the petitioners instead of pressing the
writ petition on merit submits that the petitioners may be given a
liberty to approach the respondents by way of filing a
representation before the competent authorities in light of the
judgment passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions led by
S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9488/2021 (Durgalal Verma Vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected matters.
2. In view of the submission made before this Court, the
present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to
approach the respondents by way of filing a representation for
redressal of their grievances. In the event of such representation
having been filed by the petitioners, the respondents shall decide
the same at the earliest strictly in accordance with law.
3. The order has been passed based on the submissions made
in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine the
veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case,
the averments made therein are found to be correct, the
petitioners would be entitled to the relief.
4. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
