1. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset make a

limited submission that the respondents may be directed to

consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, while

keeping into consideration the judgment passed by a Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court in the matter of Mahendra Meena Vs. State

of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.1128/2023) decided on

06.04.2023.

2. In light of such limited submission, the present writ petition

is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the

representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration

the judgment of Mahendra Meena (Supra), by passing a speaking

order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of

certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

3. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
