1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would be satisfied if his representation is considered and decided

by the respondents by passing a speaking order, while keeping

into consideration the judgment rendered by this Hon'ble Court in

Smt. Mohan Kanwar Bhansali Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.13482/2013.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General assures this Court that

such representation shall be decided and considered strictly in

accordance with law.

3. In light of such submissions, the present writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and

decide the representation of the petitioner, while keeping into

consideration the order passed in Smt. Mohan Kanwar Bhansali

(supra) by passing a speaking order within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order,

strictly in accordance with law. All pending applications also stands

disposed of.
