1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would be satisfied if her representation is considered and decided

by the respondents, while keeping into consideration the judgment

rendered by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court at Jaipur in

Rajesh Kumar Yadav & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. ;

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15541/2022 on 19.07.2023 by

passing a speaking order.

2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of

with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the

[2023:RJ-JD:41756] (2 of 2) [CW-18572/2023]

representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration

the order passed in Rajesh Kumar Yadav (supra) by passing a

speaking order, strictly in accordance with law. All pending

applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
