Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of this Court rendered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.8124/2012 (Mansingh Hada & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Anr.) decided on 28.01.2014 in the following terms:-

"In the result, the writ petition is allowed. Respondents are directed to grant to the petitioners the benefit of due annual grade of increments deeming petitoners throughout in service, revision of pay consequent upon acceptance of recommendation of 5th and 6th Pay Commission and also the Selection Scale. The arrears shall be paid with interest @9% p.a. within a period of three months."

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the

parties, the present writ petition is allowed. The order dated

27.04.2022 (Annex.9) is quashed and the petitioner is entitled to

all the consequential reliefs in view of the judgment of Mansingh

Hada (supra).
