by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13181/2021 "Rajender Kumar

Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors." and other connected matters

decided on 04.04.2023.

3. In view of the submission made, the present writ petition is

disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 04.04.2023 passed by

this Court in the case of Rajender Kumar (supra).
