1.    Mr. Tanwar Singh Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioners

submits that the controversy involved in the present writ petition

is squarely covered by the judgment dated 19.01.2021, passed by

this Court in the case of Jai Prakash Ganchi & Ors. Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7273/2020

2.    Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners

would be satisfied, if the competent authority of the respondents

is directed to consider petitioners' representations (which they

would be filing within four weeks from today) in the light of

judgment in Jai Prakash Ganchi (supra), expeditiously.

3.    The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction

to the petitioners to file their representations along with certified

copy of the order instant and a web copy of the order passed in Jai

Prakash Ganchi (supra), claiming relief to which they are entitled

to on the basis of such judgment.

                                   4.    In case representation is so addressed within four weeks

                                   from today, the competent authority shall consider the same, in

                                   accordance with law, including the judgment in the case of Jai

                                   Prakash Ganchi (Supra), as early as possible, preferably within a

                                   period of eight weeks of receipt of the representation(s).

                                   5.    It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

                                   representation(s) has been issued only with a view to ensure

                                   expeditious redressal of petitioners' grievance. The same may not

                                   be construed to be an order to decide the representation(s) in a

                                   particular manner.

                                   6.    The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
