1. The instant criminal revision petition has been filed under

Section 397 of Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 06.08.2020

passed by learned Sessions Judge, Pali in Criminal Appeal

No.13/2019 vide which the judgment dated 20.12.2018 passed by

learned Special Judicial Magistrate (NI Act Case), Pali in Criminal

Regular Case No.04/2017 was upheld.

2. Vide order dated 14.01.2021 defects were pointed out and it

was expected from the learned counsel for the petitioner to

remove the defects but no heed has been paid. Since last four

years, the matter is pending before this Court.

3. No one is present today to pursue the case. It seems that

the petitioner is not interested in proceeding the matter further.

Thus, the revision petition is dismissed without going into the

niceties of the matter.
