Learned counsel for the appellants does not dispute that the

issue involved herein is squarely covered by a judgment of this

Court in case of Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation

& Ors. versus Amerjeet Singh: SB Civil Second Appeal

No.45/2018 wherein, the civil second appeal filed by the

appellant-Corporation was dismissed.

Appreciating the gesture shown by the learned counsel for

the appellants, this civil second appeal is also dismissed in view of

dismissal of the SB Civil Second Appeal No.45/2018 involving

identical controversy.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
