The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with

the limited prayer to issue direction to the respondents for

expeditious disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner against

the order of De-empanelment dated 09.09.2019.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of

De-empanelment, the petitioner filed an appeal on 18.09.2019

before the State Level Grievances Redressal Committee but the

same has not been decided so far.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the

counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the

case as well as the limited prayer made in the writ petition, this

Court deems it just and proper to direct the respondents to decide

the appeal filed by the petitioner before State Level Grievances

Redressal Committee on 18.09.2019 expeditiously and preferably

within a period of four months, from the date of production of

certified copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of, as above.
