Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this

contempt petition in view of the stay on the operation of the order

dated 23.10.2020, contempt whereof is alleged, by a Division

Bench of this Court with liberty to get it revived if the need so

arises.

The prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the

respondents.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
