present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one in case need

arises, on the basis of fresh cause of action.

Permission as sought for is allowed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Since the main petition has been dismissed as withdrawn,

the stay application and all other pending application/s, if any,

also stands dismissed.
