Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this

contempt petition in view of stay by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of

India in a SLP preferred by the respondent-RPSC on the operation

of the order dated 01.06.2020 with liberty to get it revived if the

need so arises.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the

aforesaid prayer.

In view thereof, the contempt petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
