1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition against the

order dated 14.03.2018, passed in Misc. Appeal No.02/2018 filed

by the plaintiff/respondents, which was allowed and the appellate

Court ordered for maintaining the status-quo in regard to the

property in question.

2. The said appeal was filed against the order dated

15.02.2018, whereby the Temporary Injunction Application filed

by the plaintiff/respondents was rejected.

[2023:RJ-JP:17024] (2 of 2) [CW-8292/2018]

3. Counsel for the petitioner/defendant instead of arguing the

matter on merits, confines his prayer that the trial Court may be

directed to expedite the trial proceedings.

4. Considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the

petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the trial

Court to expedite the trial proceedings.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.

6. Since the main petition has been disposed of, the stay

application and all other pending application/s, if any, also stands

disposed of.
