1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to

quash and set aside the merit list dated 10.10.20214 prepared by

the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer for recruitment to

the post of Assistant Mining Engineer for Mines & Geology

Department in pursuance to the advertisement dated 26.05.2011.

2. The recruitment process in furtherance of the advertisement

dated 26.05.2011 has come to an end long back and the settled

position cannot be disturbed at this stage.

3. Since the petitioner cannot be allowed any relief at this

stage, with the flux of time, the present writ petition no more

survives, therefore, the same deserves to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.

5. Since the main petition has been dismissed, stay application

and all other pending application/s, if any, also stands dismissed.
