Judgment / Order

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of

the order dated 18.01.2023 passed by the Panchayati Samiti,

Bamanwas District Sawai Madhopur for perusal of this Court.

The copy of the order is taken on record.

Referring to the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the

respondents submits that in compliance of direction of this Court

dated 17.05.2018, contempt whereof is alleged, while deciding the

[2023:RJ-JP:16751] (2 of 2) [CCP-1958/2018]

representation filed by the petitioner, he has been given

appointment on the post of LDC (Junior Assistant). He, therefore,

prays for dismissal of the contempt petition.

None for the petitioner even in the second round.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondents and the order dated

18.01.2023 passed by the Panchayat Samiti, Bamanwas, District

Sawai Madhopur, this Court is satisfied that there has been

substantial compliance of the order dated 17.05.2018.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.

The notices are discharged.
