Judgment / Order

1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition in the year

2019 with the prayer to issue direction the Court below to decide

the appeal No.5/2018 as early as possible, pending before the

Additional District and Sessions Judge No.1, Alwar.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is still

pending and the next date before the appellate Court is

27.09.2023. Counsel further submits that the appeal is pending

since long and therefore, some direction be issued to the appellate

Court to decide the Appeal No.5/2018 expeditiously.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by counsel

for the petitioner and also the period of pendency of the appeal,

this Court deems it just and proper to direct the Additional District

& Sessions Judge No.1, Alwar to decide the Appeal No.5/2018

[2023:RJ-JP:16468] (2 of 2) [CW-11594/2019]

expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of

production of certified copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.

5. Since the main petition has been disposed of, all pending

application/s, if any, also stands disposed of.
