A request has been made on behalf of learned counsel for

the appellant for adjournment.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that two

appeals had been preferred against the present impugned

judgment and one of them being S.B. Civil First Appeal

No.370/2016 has already been decided vide order dated

17.04.2017. He also prays for time to complete his instructions

regarding the fact whether the final decree has been passed in the

matter or not.

record of S.B. Civil First Appeal No.370/2016, decided on

17.04.2017 be connected on the next date.
