controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

the judgment rendered by this Court in a bunch of writ petition led

by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1334/2019 "Jitendra Singh

[2023/RJJD/010772] (2 of 2) [CW-1397/2023]

Khichar & Ors. Vs. Principal Secretary, Department of

Education & Ors." on 15.02.2019.

For the self same reasons, the present writ petition is also

disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the

case of Jitendra Kumar Khichar (supra).
