Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case squarely covered by a

judgment rendered by this Court in a bunch of writ petition led by

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1128/2023 "Mahendra Meena Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors." on 06.04.2023.

In view of the submissions made above, the present writ

petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this
