The present misc. application has been filed for correction in

the order dated 06.04.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc.

(Petition) No.1059/2023. It is submitted that due to clerical error

in para no.3 of Criminal Misc. Petition, the date of judgment of the

trial court has wrongly been mentioned as "27.03.2019" instead of

"07.03.2019" in the order dt. 06.04.2023. Therefore, necessary

correction may be made in the order.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application

is allowed and it is ordered that the date of judgment of the trial

court may be read as "07.03.2019" instead of "27.03.2019" in the

order dated 06.04.2023.
