1. Mr. Tanwar Singh Rathore, learned counsel for the

petitioners submits that a Coordinate Bench of this Court in

identical writ petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8306/2021 :

Manju Vishnoi Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. vide order dated

18.01.2023, has decided said petitioner's rights in a way that the

her case shall also be governed by the result of D.B. Special

Appeal Writ No.410/2021 : The Secretary, Rajasthan Public

Service Commission Vs. Anuradha Vyas & Ors.

2. In the case of Manju Vishnoi Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors,

decided on 18.01.2023, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has

passed the following order:-

"Learned counsel for the parties jointly pray that the controversy is exactly the same as raised in the matter of D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.410/2021; The Secretary, Rajasthan Public Service Commission Vs. Anuradha Vyas & Ors., which is pending adjudication before the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court. The order dated 07.12.2021, as passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the said pending appeal, reads as under as under:-

"Shri Pankaj Sharma, AAG puts in appearance on behalf of the proforma respondents Nos.2 & 3. Thus, service is complete.

The instant special appeal (writ) has already been admitted.

The ad interim stay order dated 26.08.2021 is confirmed to last till disposal of the appeal. The stay application is disposed of.

Connect with D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) Nos.1180/2018 and 384/2021 and list the appeal for hearing in due course."

In light of such joint submission, the present writ petitions are disposed of, with a direction that as soon as the final order/judgment is passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the

aforementioned pending appeal, the respondents shall abide by the same, in regard to the present matters also, at the appropriate stage. However, in case any issue still remains thereafter, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Court again.

All pending applications also stand disposed of."

3. The present writ petition is also disposed of in the same

terms.

4. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
