1. Mr. Pankaj Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General

submits that due compliance of the order under consideration has

been made and the case of the petitioners have been considered

by the respondent and as a matter of fact, petitioner Nos.2 and 3

have been given due benefits in light of judgment passed by this

[2023/RJJD/010131] (2 of 2) [WCP-1262/2022]

Court in Manjoj Khandelwal & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

(S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7283/2014, decided on 16.07.2014).

However, case of petitioner No.1 was rejected vide order dated

17.03.2023 in accordance with law.

2. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to continue

with the present contempt petition; notices of contempt are

hereby discharged.

3. Petitioner No.1 shall be free to challenge the order dated

17.03.2023 in accordance with law.
