Matter comes upon memo of compromise entered into

between the parties.

The dispute between the parties has been resolved in Lok

Adalat. It has been agreed between the parties that the

appellants/claimants would get additional amount of

(2 of 2) [CMA-1551/2021]

Rs.1,15,000/- with interest @ 3% per annum from the date of

filing of the claim petition till the date of actual payment. It has

also been agreed between the parties that in case the aforesaid

amount is not deposited within a period of two months from today,

the claimants/appellants would be entitled to get interest @ 6%

per annum from toady till the date of receipt of actual payment.

Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise

arrived at between the parties.
