Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon the order

dated 22.03.2018 in SBCWP No. 6410/2018 and order dated

07.08.2019 in SBCWP No. 8858/2019. He submits that the matter is no

more res-integra and is covered by judgment of Coordinate Bench of

this Court titled as Praveen Chand Jain Vs. State of Raj. & Ors. in

SBCWP No. 6217/2006 decided on 23.09.2013.

Considering the same, let notice be issued to all the respondents.

Mr. C. L. Saini, AAG, accepts notice on behalf of all respondents.

Thus service is complete.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to supply a copy of
