The matter comes up on an Application No.1/2022

dated 12.05.2022 filed by the petitioner for extension of interim

order dated 10.09.2004.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

Civil Court has asked the petitioner to get the interim order

extended in view of the judgment passed by the Apex Court in the

case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited

and Another vs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in

[(2018) 16 SCC 299].

This Court is also informed by counsel for the

respondents that respondent No.1/1--Deshbandhu has also

expired and as such, counsel for the petitioner submits that some

time may be granted to take appropriate steps for bringing legal

representative(s) of respondent No.1/1 on record.

List after three weeks. Meanwhile, interim order dated

10.09.2004 will continue.
