D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15760/2015 (Sanjeev Bhardwaj

Vs. Yogeshwar Swaroop Bhatnagar) & other connected writ

petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that some

time may be granted to go through the said judgment.
