Yesterday, learned Additional Advocate General has informed

this Court that the corpus is at present residing with her parents

and respondent No.4 was instructed by the police to produce the

corpus before this Court. It was also informed by the learned AAG

that the police have found that the house of respondent No.4 is

locked and nobody is present there.

This Court, taking into consideration the undertaking given

by learned counsel for respondent No.4, has directed him to

produce the corpus before this Court today. The matter is called

twice, however, counsel for respondent No.4 has not appeared.

The SHO, P.S. Aahore has submitted that he has been

informed by one local counsel at Pali that the respondent No.4 is

in Ahemdabad along with the corpus. The SHO, P.S. Aahore is

directed to produce the corpus before this Court tomorrow

positively.

List tomorrow i.e. 09.09.2022.
