Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

the judgment of this Court passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

5450/2021 (Anita Suthar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

decided on 19.01.2022.

For the self same reasons, the present writ petition is also

disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish a

representation along with the certified copy of the present order to

the Tehsildar concerned. On receipt of the same, the Tehsildar

concerned shall do the needful within a period of fifteen days.
