It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

fixing the headquarter of the petitioner during suspension different

from the place where he was serving is contrary to the judgment

in the case of Subhash Chandra v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.10353/2021, decided on 3.9.2021.

In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice

of the stay application also.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, effect and operation

of the order dated 22.6.2022 (Annex.4), only to the extent of

fixing the headquarter of the petitioner at Bikaner Range, shall

remain stayed.
