The present review petition is pending since 2011, in

the interest of justice, one opportunity is granted to counsel for

the review petitioner to argue the matter.

In case, counsel for the review petitioner is not present

on the next date of hearing, this Court will be constrained to pass

order in his absence.

Learned counsel for the respondent Mr.Ved Pal Shastri

places reliance on a judgment passed in the case of Lad Bai &

Ors. Vs. Board of Revenue reported in [RRD 2000 Page 52].

Learned counsel submits that the present review

petition is not maintainable, in view of law laid down by this Court

in the aforesaid case.
