appellant for early listing of the appeal.

For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed.

Counsel for appellant submits that respondents-claimants

are trying to get execute the impugned judgment & decree dated

23.10.2019 and the execution petition is pending before the

Family Court, Dausa.

Let fresh notices of application under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act, be issued by both modes, ordinary as well as

through registered post.

Appellant shall be at liberty to serve notices of respondents-

claimants on the Advocate, who is pursuing the execution petition

on their behalf.
