Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The dispute is regarding the Assessment Year 2015-16. The
challenge is to the notice dated 29.03.2022 issued under Section
148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the consequential order
dated 26.03.2022 passed under Section 148A(d) of the Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the
judgment and order dated 29.06.2022 passed by the co-ordinate
Bench of this Court in D.B. CWP No.7853/2022-Abdul Majeed
Vs. Income Tax Officer and Circular dated 22.08.2022 issued by
the Central Board of Direct Taxes qua instruction regarding
uploading of date on functionalities/portal of the Income Tax
Department.

Ms. Parinitoo Jain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf
of the respondent. She prays for and is allowed two weeks time to
obtain instructions and if necessary to file counter affidavit.
