1. Issue notice.
2. Learned Assistant Government Advocate accepts notice on
behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 3.
3. Office is directed to issue notice to remaining private
Respondent No.4
4. It is contended in the petition that petitioner has entered into
marriage with the corpus and Respondent No.4 is bent upon
remarrying the corpus on 04.11.2022.
5. Petitioner is directed to deposit a demand draft of
Rs.25,000/- drawn in favour of the corpus-Rekha with the
Registrar (Judicial), Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur
6. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the
petition alongwith receipt of the deposit of demand draft in the
Office of learned Assistant Government Advocate.

7. On depositing of the amount and furnishing the proof
thereof, learned Assistant Government Advocate is directed to
produce the corpus on the next date.
8. List this matter on 31.10.2022.
