Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is

residing on the subject land for last about 40-50 years raising

construction of her Pucca house with electricity connection. He

submits that the petitioner has no land except the land under her

possession. He submits that vide judgment dated 06.09.2022, the

Sub-Tehsildar, Singhana, District Jhunjhunu has issued direction

for her dispossession whereas, as per various circulars issued by

the State Government from time to time such as 27.12.2021, the

petitioner is entitled for regularization of her old possession even

on the Charagah land. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner

has already applied for regularization of her possession over the

subject land with the authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a

copy of the writ petition in the office of Mr. Akshay Sharma,

learned Additional Government Counsel, during course of the day.

List this writ petition along with SB Civil Writ Petition

No.5711/2022 after showing name of Mr. Akshay Sharma, AGC in

the cause list as counsel for the respondents.

Heard learned counsel on interim relief.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by him

and the material on record, this Court deems it just and proper to

restrain the respondents for interfering with use and occupation of

the subject land by the petitioner, till further orders.
