This first appeal has been filed by appellants-defendants,

assailing judgment and decree dated 26.4.2003 passed in suit

No.28/2001 by Additional District Judge No.3, Jaipur City, Jaipur

whereby decree for recovery of money of Rs.70,000/- with

interest has been passed in favour of respondent-plaintiff and

against appellants-defendants.

An application (1/2020) was filed by Gajanand Agarwal

stating that sole respondent-plaintiff Narangi Devi has passed

away on 7.2.2019 but no details of her surviving legal

representatives were given in the application.

In counter, from the side of appellants, an application

(1/2022) filed under Order 22 Rule 10-A CPC has been filed

seeking details of legal representatives of deceased respondent.

Counsel for applicant seeks three weeks time to provide

details of legal representatives of deceased respondents.

Accordingly, the application (1/2022) stands disposed of.

List after six weeks.
