validity of entry tax, no longer survives in view of the judgment of

the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Jindal Stainless and

another v. State of Haryana and others reported in AIR 2016

Supreme Court 5617.

Thus, the writ petition is dismissed in light of above

judgment. Stay application also stands disposed of.
