Heard on application for early hearing of the appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed. The matter is taken up today itself.

Admit.

Mr. DLR Vyas, learned counsel puts in appearance on behalf

of the respondents-claimants.

Issue notice of the appeal as well as stay application to the

respondent Nos.2 and 3 only.

Call for record.

Heard on stay application.

In the meantime, if the appellant deposits 50% of the

amount of compensation as awarded by learned Motor Accident

(2 of 2) [CMA-1057/2021]

Claims Tribunal, Jaisalmer vide judgment and award dated

04.10.2021 passed in Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Case

No.05/2018 along with interest within a period of two months

from today, the execution and recovery for the rest of the amount

shall be stayed.

Upon deposition of the 50% amount as aforesaid, the same

shall be disbursed to the claimants in the proportion and manner

as mentioned in the award itself and any amount deposited

previously by the appellant, shall be adjusted towards the said

amount.
