Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submitted

that the controversy raised in the present writ petition has already

been decided by a judgment dated 28.08.2019 passed by Principal

Seat at Jodhpur in batch of writ petitions and lead case being S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.2240/2019 (Champa Lal & Ors. Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 28.08.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

whatever directions have been given in the case of Champa Lal

(supra) also needs to be followed by the respondents.

This Court considering the order passed in the case of

Champa Lal (supra) deems it proper to dispose of this writ

petition and principles which have been laid down in the case of

(2 of 2) [CW-8098/2019]

Champa Lal (supra) will also be applied mutatis mutandis to the

case of the present petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of

in above terms.
