1. This second appeal has been filed by the Nagar Parishad,

Bharatpur assailing the judgment and decree dated 02.03.2015

passed in Civil Appeal No.20/2008 by the Court of Additional

District Judge No.2, Bharatpur whereby and whereunder

possession of respondents-plaintiffs was protected and the

judgment and decree dated 06.05.2008 passed in Civil Suit

No.92/2007 by the Court of Additional Civil Judge (JD) No.2,

Bharatpur was set aside.

2. It has been informed that during the course of this appeal,

the Nagar Parishad has issued patta in respect of the suit land to

the possession holders and therefore, the cause to pursue the

second appeal has come to an end.

3. It has also been informed that both respondents-plaintiffs

have passed away and no steps have been taken for bringing their

legal representatives hence the second appeal stands abated.

4. Copy of pattas have been placed on record.

5. For aforesaid reasons, this second appeal has rendered

infructuous and accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed.

6. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
