Issue notice to the respondent No.2 on payment of P.F.

within a week.

Notices be made returnable within three weeks.

Matter be listed on 08.12.2022. On that day, affidavit of

respondent No.2-Commissioner College Education shall be

positively filed to clearly state why so far the order of the Court

has not been complied with. If the order has been complied with,

the copy of the order shall be placed on record. If the affidavit is

not filed on that day, respondent No.2-Commissioner College

Education shall remain personally present in the Court to explain

his conduct.

Copy of this order shall go along with contempt notice to

respondent No.2- Commissioner College Education for necessary

compliance.
