It has been informed that the controversy involved in these
writ petitions that is to say with regard to validity of Regulation
7.7 of the Regulations on Graduate Medical Education
(2 of 2) [CW-11767/2022]
(Amendment) 2019 has been turned down by the Division Bench
of Delhi High Court vide its decision dated 17.11.2022 passed in
WPC No.13180/2022 and connected petitions.
Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to go through the
said judgment before making any statement that the matter is so
covered.
