HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI Judgment / Order 18/11/2022

By way of filing the instant misc. petition challenge the order

dated 10.11.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Jalore in criminal

regular case No.4743/2014.

Instead of going into the niceties of the matter but considering

the submission that the petitioner is willing to join the trial. It is

directed that the petitioner shall appear before the court below on or

before 22.12.2022 and shall move a regular bail application. Upon

his presence and if he moves a bail application, the trial court shall

release him on bail on the amount of bail and bonds to its satisfaction.

The trial court is free to pass appropriate order in the proceeding

under Section 446 Cr.P.C.

This criminal misc. petition is disposed of.
